To all our customers and contacts.
Most of you will have seen the Prime Minister’s broadcast asking us all to take extra steps to prevent the spread of Coronavirus and therefore save lives.
This requires sacrifices by everyone, including us. Trade Boiler Spares Ltd therefore will be making drastic restrictions to services effective immediately.
Here is how those restrictions will happen:

Service will be through a closed door, with orders taken via phone or email, and we will ask customers to wait in their vans whilst we pick the order. Please do not turn up at the door without already calling ahead.

Only account and credit card sales will be permitted – we will not take cash. Please call to make card payments.

We will try to maintain a delivery service where possible, because the Prime Minister particularly recommended that method, but this will depend on the availability of staff.

All Saturday services are suspended immediately.

No use of the coffee machine or the toilet. Strictly no entry into the shop.
We are taking these new rules very seriously. We do want to keep offering a service as we feel hot water and heating are vital, even more so now than ever.
Please be patient and work with us. Any recommendations or suggestions please feel free to share them with us.
